Chinese medicine is a coherent and independent system of thought and practice that has been developed over the two millennia. It is based on the idea that no single part can be understood except in its relations to a whole. That is what makes this system so uniquely suited to modern life - addressing physical, emotional and mental  aspects of health.

It is a very positive model of good health and function, and looks at pain and illness as signs that the body is out of balance.

By inserting very fine sterile needles into specific acupuncture points, a traditional acupuncturist seeks to re-establish the free flow of Qi (vital force, energy)  to restore balance and trigger the body's natural healing response.

As well as needling acupuncture points, I may use other Chinese medicine techniques such as moxa, cupping, guasha and electro - acupuncture.

Initial treatment £65 (up to 1,5h)

Follow-up £50 (up to 1h)

Cupping therapy dates back to ancient Egyptian, Chinese, and Middle Eastern cultures and is used to stimulate the metabolism. It helps with blood circulation and oxygenation in the treated area, as well as enhances the general sense of well-being.

Cupping has numerous benefits — it can help remove toxins from the body and stimulate the flow of fresh blood, lymph, and Qi to the affected area and throughout the body.

People get it for many purposes, including to help with pain, inflammation, relaxation, and as a type of deep-tissue massage.

Many athletes use cupping  as it's said to majorly speed up muscle recovery time, increase flexibility and  create better circulation in the body.

Massage Cupping has also been used for weight loss and cellulite reduction.

Chinese Cupping Therapy is often used in conjunction with acupuncture and acupressure and would be used as part of a treatment plan if required.

Individual cupping session are also available:

Naturopathy is a system of health care which promotes the body’s own self-healing mechanism. It uses natural therapies such as Nutrition, Herbal Medicine, Acupuncture, Homeopathy, Hydrotherapy, Fasting, Exercise and others, following Naturopathic principles.

I love empowering patients to understand their bodies and discover the gentle power of the healing arts. As a Naturopath, I enjoy being able to bridge the gap between western medicine and the “alternatives,” while providing a safe and nurturing atmosphere in which to heal.

Naturopathic advice would be given alongside with acupuncture treatment if necessary.

Also I offer in depth naturopathic consultation as a separate service.
